This is always my house/evening round. Nice to drive here. How they redid this section, did they dutifully “concrete” everything? and then sprinkled the gravel over it, but it would certainly be nicer without gravel ;)
But in any case it's better to drive now than before!

The Vienna River gravel cycle path is part of the Vienna River Path (“Wientalradweg”), which is a popular cycle path in Vienna Woods, Lower Austria. The gravel cycle path begins at the Mauerbach lock, which is a weir system that regulates the water level of the Vienna River. It ends at the tram bridge in Hietzing, where you can continue underground.
The gravel bike path is about 10 kilometers long and has a slight climb of about 40 meters. It is well suited for all skill levels and offers you a comfortable ride on a natural surface. You can admire the views of the river, forests, meadows and mountains. You can also observe various animal and plant species that live in this area.
