The Anglersee has been around since 1967 when the dredging took place in the Kreuzwiese area. The twelve-hectare lake, which became the club water of the 1928 Ketsch fishing club, was created through the gravel harvest. Here, in this idyll, the fishing rod is regularly cast.
A promenade leads around the lake and offers beautiful views, including the steeple of the St. Sebastian Church.
