The Hogeeg gravelweg is a beautiful meandering gravel road over the plateau near Margraten, with the difference that it stands out because of the good view of the American cemetery from World War II. The endless white crosses are clearly visible from the gravel road. A nice reminder that war is so very useless and cycling around freely is a great asset.
