The German climb to the Vaalserberg and thus the border triangle, consisting largely of gravel path. A wonderful never steep alternative to the paved and quite busy climb from Vaals, which you can descend if necessary ... but it is of course more beautiful to stay in the woods and descend on the Walloon side, whether or not paved.
