The Jakobskirchlein near Fuchsberg lies on the Jakobsweg Oberpfalz, which leads from the Czech / German border crossing Tillyschanz via Schwandorf to Nuremberg.

At the back of the church, the pilgrim can enter his pilgrim's temple in his pilgrim's booklet himself. Although the little church outside the village Teunz is located on a hillside away, it is open daily from morning to evening for the visitor.

The handsome pilgrimage church of St. Jacob was probably built in 1766 by the Imperial Count Karl-Clement-Ferdinand of the choice of Teunz, in order thus to the St. To thank Jacob for protecting his son from any injury in the Turkish wars. On the church's gallery is painted how the saint rides in the fray at the side of his protege. On the high altarpiece is the hl. James pictured with shell and walking stick.
