Free parking at Gomshall station (with the most complicated bridge over the railway line you are ever likely to see). Nice walk with a steep climb. Some narrow paths with lots of nettles, although that doesn't bother me. Next time I shall find a route that doesn't involve walking back along the A25. The pavements were very narrow and the road is busy.
