Tips
The segment follows the trace of an ancient path that ran along the blade from Masseria Lamandia to the sea, near Torre Cintola. It does not present major technical difficulties, except in one point, where you have to climb over a wall and a little technique and caution are required. It is usually practicable, but the olive harvesting period should be avoided to avoid interfering with the work or causing damage to the nets.
