Nice cycle path straight through the Bargerveen. This path seems to have been built not very long ago and is fine to ride with a racing bike. The landscape is quite open, but I especially liked the Northern part! Along the way there are many benches to take a break at the end of the route (north side) you will find large picnic benches.
