The Maikopf (370.7 m above sea level) is part of the DBU natural heritage and was used for military purposes until 2014. The "mountain" is more of a hill and not very spectacular, but from here you have very nice views of the area of the Drei Gleichen, Günthersleben-Wechmar and towards the Thuringian Forest
