The Popradske pleso (Poppersee) is one of the most beautiful water pearls in the High Tatras. It is located in the Mengusovská dolina valley (German Mengsdorfer valley) and its height is 1494 m a.m. A nice place to stay, loneliness should not be expected here on weekends, it is very well visited by tourists, which is not surprising. ;-)

Very beautiful lake, but not recommended in August and when the weather is nice, as it overflows unrestrainedly. Tip: it is best to come in the evening when it has rained during the day.
