An important day of remembrance for the Rammenau parish is October 20th. On this day the neat church of this place was solemnly consecrated. The foundation stone for the new church was laid on May 1st, 1736. The construction proceeded vigorously, the church was already under the roof in autumn 1737. But extremely unfavorable time conditions held up the continuation of the building for many years. It was only through the efforts of a new court lord of Rammenau, Franz Joseph v. Hoffmann, the building of the church was completed, and on October 20, 1749 the consecration could finally take place.

The Protestant parish church in Rammenau was built as a small hall church from 1736-1749. Restorations: 1879, 1986-1988. Inside is an original painting with acantus patients, a white pulpit altar made of wood (2nd half of the 18th century), above the cranked entablature a curved blasted gable with a large glowing lamp, a classicist organ front by Eule (1882) with a restrained pilaster structure.
