Montefabbri

Montefabbri is a 15th century village included in the list of the "most beautiful villages in Italy". The inhabited area is gathered around the Pieve di San Gaudenzio inside which there are the "scagliole", one of the oldest stucco decorations in the Marche. From the bell tower you can admire the beautiful surrounding hilly landscape, with Mount Carpegna and the Sasso Simone and Simoncello regional park.

Village belonging to the municipality of Vallefoglia and counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Its architecture recalls a nest, perched above the ancient walls that defend it.

Squeezed between the Foglia river and the Apsa stream, it rises in the Montefeltro area of the Province of Pesaro Urbino, in the northern Marche region, on a hill on the ridge that leads from Colbordolo to the Unesco heritage city of Urbino. A village where time has stopped and where silence and peace welcome the curious traveler who enters the narrow streets of the town.
