The manor house Crotenlaide was built before 1600 by Georg Caspar von Minkwitz. After Hauptmann von Gaudlitz (1696), the mansion came into the possession of Paul Eichler in 1910. The manor house belonged to the Eichler family until after 1950, and from 1990 to the Eichler community of heirs. The manor house was renovated after 1988. The Crotenlaide manor house is currently used by private individuals as apartments.
