Mountain biking

The Kalktrifte are a nature reserve for Willebadessen. Grazing with sheep and goats, which was common in the past, resulted in a lean grassland on the limestone soil. So a unique flora and fauna settled. Particularly noteworthy is the black gentian ant blueberry, a very rare species of butterfly. The path that leads south over the Kalktrifte from the position marked here to the Nethetal is therefore also called the Butterfly Path and is also a worthwhile MTB destination.
