From alleburgen.de: Renzenhof already appears in the Paul Stromer Forest Book (1425) as a Forsthube (seat of a forester). In his book about Engelthal Monastery, Martini cites a document from 1362 in which there is talk of a Konrad Pessler at Renzenhof. The tower-like castle with its Renaissance portal later became the property of the v. Family. Forer about. The castle has belonged to the C. Conradty family for decades.
