The Tiber cycle route is a system of cycle and pedestrian paths and secondary roads that runs along the banks of the Tiber river for its entire length. Although there is no real itinerary, various associations are very active in putting together the different sections into a single route that covers the 405 kilometers of the second longest river in Italy. This Umbrian portion north of Città del Castello already sees the presence of a road closed to traffic with a compact dirt surface, ideal for a bike ride or a walk.
