The Favàritx Lighthouse is located in the northwest of the island, within the Albufera del Grao Natural Park, just over 15 km from Mahón. The lighthouse is surrounded by low cliffs of black and gray slate and a small natural lake named Cós des Síndic. The 28 meter high tower has diagonal black and white bands.
