Mountain Biking Highlight (Segment)
The Fleckalm Trail is one of the longest trails in Tyrol with a length of over seven kilometers and 1,000 meters of depth and is a real announcement. A selective trail, with several tricky spots, which is very well developed.
Lots of jumps, roots and steep curves, everything your heart desires is in abundance here. How to run over the pasture fences is also brilliantly solved. Fun and action are guaranteed here!
But the trail already requires a lot of technical skill and is very demanding due to its length alone. Therefore I would not recommend this route for beginners. We had perfect, dry weather, but after rain I imagine the route is much more difficult because of the many roots.
The trail is awesome, be sure to try it when the time and opportunity are there.

Just a great trail. Man should already have a good driving technique to drive the trail. The lower part of the trail is a lot easier. Parts can also be bypassed on the forest road.
If you do not want to pedal, you can take the Fleckalb Bahn to the top and enjoy the beautiful view. Then it goes downhill, directly to the trail entrance or first a piece of forest. Everyone as he likes - and can.

With a track length of 7.7 kilometers, the Fleckalm Trail is one of the longest single trails in Tyrol. Amidst the impressive mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, the varied route meanders over 1,000 vertical meters down the valley. On the seemingly endless descent root passages, larger and smaller jumps, finely applied adjacent curves, occasional short counter climbs and fast speed sections for the perfect enduro feeling. As the centerpiece of the first 2015 European Enduro Mountain Bike Championship, he will be classified on the singletrack scale, depending on the section, between S2 and S3. The long, intermediate route requires a certain amount of fitness and riding technique.

For me, the Fleckalm Trail is one of the classics in Tyrol that you should definitely have ridden. In 2021, some sections that were new to me were added, which made the trail even more attractive. On the whole, however, the trail remained fortunately unchanged. It is still a "classic" single trail on which there is hardly ever a marble run feeling, but you are always challenged - depending on the speed - to find quick solutions for the changing surface and the sometimes tricky root sections.
Anyone looking for jumps, tables, gaps & berms will look in vain on the Fleckalm Trail. But if you are looking for a real enduro challenge, you will be super happy there.
To give you an impression of the trail, here is my video from August 2021
