The Stemweder Berg is one to 181.4 m above sea level. NHN high mountain range in the border area between North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. The closed forest area of the ridge covers 10.3 km², of which 7.4 km² are in East Westphalia and 2.9 km² in the part of Lower Saxony bordering to the north.
