In gratitude and in memory of the nature lover and conservationist Lothar Ritter from Gotha (1927-2002), the IG Natur- und Heimatfreunde Seebergen-Gotha created a memorial with a bench and a memorial stone. Ritter's main focus was on the Seeberg and the Sieleber Teich. Here he created a large number of animal photos from the area. He is also the author of the books "Encounter in Nature" and "Lupenimpressions". The Ritterstein was mysteriously brought to the Sieleber Teich by unknown persons, which naturally annoys nature and Heimatfreunde Seebergen Gotha very much.

To thank and remember the nature lover and conservationist Lothar Ritter from Gotha (1927-2002), the IG Natur- und Heimatfreunde Seebergen-Gotha created a memorial with a bench and a memorial stone. Ritter paid particular attention to the Seeberg and the Siebleber pond. Here he took a large number of animal photos from the area. He is also the author of the books Encounter in Nature and Magnifying Glass Impressions. The knight's stone was brought to the Siebleber pond without authorization, which outraged nature and local friends of Seebergen Gotha.
