There is no need to go to distant or inaccessible places to enjoy the beauties of nature. The plateau of the Varraro woods is easily reachable from the hamlet of San Nicola di Ardore, through a path dotted with centuries-old oaks. Varraro, (min / max altitude 460/635 m. S.l.m.) near the Ionian coast, affects 4 municipalities: Benestare, Careri, Platì and Ardore; from here it is possible to enjoy splendid panoramic views from the Ionian Sea to the Aspromonte massif.
