Lovely gravel bridleway that runs along the south bank of Ladybower reservoir from the dam wall up to the bridge at its western tip. The bridleway loops around and joins on to the A57.

It's a bit undulating but it's a proper gravel track (no big rocks), so a good place to try out a bit of gravel riding if you're new to it. There can be some massive puddles to ride through when it rains though!

Join it up with the circuit around Derwent and Howden reservoirs and the Thornhill Trail from Bamford for a really nice 25-mile (40-km) mixed surface ride.
