In the continuity of the Velsglupen pass, the five lakes that make up the Veslgluptjonnen cover its valley with an exceptional polar atmosphere.
During the winter, the lakes become real ice rinks. Conversely, during the summer, their limpid waters refresh the bodies overheated by the harsh and stony climbs.

Hiking
Several small lakes at the Veslglupen pass form the beginning and end of the Skautflye. Later in the year I can't judge the sight, but at the beginning of July (2015), still half-frozen, they offered a really great play of colors of dark blue water, light blue ice floes, black stone and white snow.
