District War Memorial Süchtelner Heights

In the center of the today's circle Viersen, exactly at its highest point (90.7 m) stands for 125 years the largest and highest monument of the area.
It was inaugurated on 22 September 1879, it is 24 m high and the eagle has a wingspan of 3.1 m.
