A very clean and smooth cycle path. This is the best bit, where you don't have and side roads cutting through.

Road cycling

Watch for pedestrians using all the path area, not all are aware of the lane disciplines required. Vehicles are parked in the cycle lane regularly whilst dog walkers use the fields. In the autumn, bushes are trimmed and the paths are not swept afterwards. Look out for thorns and sharp sticks.
