The 15 meter high Beilsturm is located on a rock east of Neuerburg's market square. It was built in the 16th century as part of the old city fortifications. Until the end of the 18th century it served as the town fire watchman's apartment.
Although the tower cannot be entered, it is still an impressive structure.
