Giant Bench in Naturpark Stromberg-Heuchelberg

The huge bench is a fun eye-catcher.Unfortunately, it's a bit impractical, as the seat is almost 2 meters high and requires some climbing. Furthermore, the bench isn't located on the side of the road, but in a field—and you have to wade through thorn bushes and taller grasses to get there.

February 2025Great bench. A little difficult to get up to the 1.90 m high seat. But once you're up there, it's very nice. The blackberries that were mentioned in another report had rotted in our case.A small step on the front feet would be helpful for people who aren't quite so sporty.

It's not worth visiting this bench at the moment! It's located in a jungle of nettles and other overgrown greenery in one direction and a rapeseed field on the other side.
