All paths on the Wetterauer Seenplatte circuit are so-called agricultural farm roads, i.e. a surface that is absolutely suitable for cycling and almost car-free, which makes the bike tour family-friendly and safe for children too....🤗👍👍

Many signs and cycle path signs have been renewed and/or replaced so that we can all find and cycle on the cycle paths, the ✅🚲 tours around and on the Wetterau Lake District again in the spring……

The paved service roads are GOOD for walking or running, but sometimes you notice that just before the transition from one municipality to the other, a piece was not paved. These connecting pieces are usually overgrown with tall grass that we don't mow and there is a possibility of ticks being caught when walking or driving. But today you want to use the bike again to go to work and you first have to see where there is a bridge, underpass over a stream, road or train so that the route does not take too long, for example 2:00 hours to work and then back home again, I find that hard. But the family has to be very well positioned. In my view, the cycle expressways should be fairly straight and wide, without obstacles if possible (no stopping). Similar to a motorway. What I personally find really bad is cutting off a piece of a road, that increases the risk of accidents and I'm just waiting for the fact that in such a case not only those involved are in court but also the people who caused this road layout.
