The west wing of the monastery complex was rebuilt in 1535 as the abbess's residence and the nuns' house. Magnificent late Gothic tracery gables are formed on the two narrow sides, similar to those found on the Neustadt town hall and on the provost's office. In 1559 the last nuns were relocated to Meissen. Since then, the abbess's house has served as the manor of the Güldenstern manor.
