The Tolhuissluis is a lock in the Netherlands on the border of the provinces of South Holland and North Holland, which connects the Amstel-Drecht Canal with the Drecht and the Aarkanaal. The lock is located near Nieuwveen but on the territory of the municipality of Uithoorn.
