Kubach Crystal Cave

Always a nice visit. The cave is great and depending on the guide there are sometimes interesting stories about it.

Only open again from the first weekend in April, but absolutely worth seeing!

The Kubacher Crystal Cave is located 50 to 70 meters below the surface of the earth - definitely worth a visit. Down here you are surrounded by 350 million year old limestone cliffs. At 30 meters high, the cave is the highest show cave and the only calcite crystal cave in Germany.

The new season begins in March with guided tours (duration approximately 45 minutes). They take place during the week from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. At the cave you will also find an information center with interesting facts about the region. Entry is 6 euros.
