There is no doubt that the Hennenköpfel offers one of the best views on the Sylvenstein reservoir near Fall. First over a forest road, then leaving it, you will soon have views of the south and east arm of the lake. This succeeds despite the otherwise wooded summit due to the steep breaks to the south and east. An entertaining affair even in winter.

Very nice vantage point above the Sylvenstein reservoir, accessible from the main road (parking on the road) either via a narrow, partly exposed mountain path or a short but steep gravel path. Total walking time for ascent and descent approx. 1 hour.
