In the city center of Tegernsee, which is roughly marked here, the lake shore footbridge, which takes you close to the water, and the venerable, listed town hall, shine above all. The latter is in a fantastic location directly on the lake, dates from the beginning of the 19th century and used to be (until 1888) a school building - people certainly liked going to school at this location...
