Located on the left bank of the Lot, this town has everything to please: its arcades, its old buildings, and more particularly its imposing Sainte-Catherine church in Romano-Byzantine style in red brick, which impresses with its originality and grandeur.

Villeneuve-sur-Lot is a town in southwestern France, located in the Lot-et-Garonne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Under the Ancien Régime and until 1875, the town was called Villeneuve-d'Agen. It then took the name of Villeneuve-sur-Lot. Its inhabitants are called the Villeneuvois.
