It is probably not the best for those who want to ride a bike, but if you want to do some tourism, I recommend it.
The views of Gorgonzola and Inzago are beautiful, and the old bridges that you meet along the way are also beautiful.

Watch out for weekends, it fills up. Asphalt almost always ok for racing bikes.
