Hiking

The mill was built in 1743. It was a corn mill driven by the wind. Since 1923, the mill no longer has blades. They needed to be replaced, but at that time there was no association that could guarantee the preservation of the Dutch windmill. That is why they switched to a diesel engine at the time. Today the mill is inhabited.

Hiking

The mill was built as a ban mill for the gentlemen of the 'Engelenburght'. After feudal rights were abolished in 1796, the mill became the property of Jacob de Wit (see also Gelders Molenboek). Miller Jacob de Wit was the last miller. He milled with the mill from 1905 to 1921. In 1922 the mill was dismantled and in 1981, after renovation, it was furnished as a home.
