In the dark, the remaining aggregates are illuminated, which allows you to see almost more through the windows than during the day.

The TauchRevierGasometer is the largest indoor diving and training center in Europe. The diameter of the gasometer is 45 meters, the depth 13 meters. The gasometer contains 21 million liters of fresh water. The visibility can be up to 25 meters. The temperature varies - as in open water - depending on the season (winter about 7 ° C and summer up to 26 ° C). Due to these conditions, the gasometer is recognized as a pool and open water. We train everything from beginner to instructor. In addition, we train fire divers, police divers, professional divers and special forces to be perfectly prepared in case of emergency. So you always have our entire logistics such as equipment rental, workshop, heated changing rooms, hot showers, and shop available.

It is a complex of different hall areas, all interconnected, making very different concepts possible. The individual hall areas can be open and interconnected, but also used separately. The halls offer space for small groups of 60 people but also for events with 1000 guests. In addition there is the outer area in front of it, which enables interesting concepts in connection with the use of the hall. Above the various halls, which we present to you in detail, rises the "theater hall" with its 500 seats. This is the original, actual blower hall. Due to their architecture and use, we refer to them today as a "theater hall". He is not only desired for the performances of high culture, such as the "Ruhrtriennale" or the "Ruhr Piano Festival", but also for conferences or presentations that prefer a very special place.
