Peñíscola Castle

One of the most beautiful and picturesque castles in the Valencian Community. Located on the rock, getting to its doors is a walk not to be missed, you will go through the narrow streets, the colorful houses and its panoramic views along the whole way. An ideal place to visit with the whole family.
Curious fact, it is an internationally recognized castle after some scenes of Game of Thrones were filmed there.

If you are in Peniscola, you should also hike up the narrow streets. At the top you will be rewarded with a wonderful view and on the way there (or back) there are a number of cute little shops and restaurants that you would not have expected there. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked up there in the evening.
