The cycle path between Billberge and Arneburg, completed in 2017, is the longest dead straight section of the Elbe cycle path. The route is dead straight, but has quite a few inclines. In summer the bike path is lined with endless sunflower fields. There is also a rest area with a refuge along the way. If the wind blows from the north, the route can seem endless. The smooth concrete ceiling ensures low rolling resistance.
