Oosterpark Ridderkerk

Beautiful green strip along the A15, therefore some traffic noise, is on the wind, in the park is a petting zoo and a pancake house.

The Oosterpark in Ridderkerk. On the south side of Ridderkerk, the elongated Oosterpark is located as a buffer between the buildings of Drievliet and the motorways. The park is approximately 64 ha. large, approx. 2 km long and 300 meters wide. The park is owned by the province and managed by the Nature and Recreation Board IJsselmonde.

The Oosterpark is one of the larger parks around the residential area of Ridderkerk. The park was created between 1975 and 1985. The Oosterpark contributes to the physical and mental health of the people who live in the vicinity of the Oosterpark and the people who use it.
