Viticulture was operated. Because of global warming, the area could be interesting for Tauberschwarz and Pinot Noir.
In cooperation with the University of Hohenheim, a group of part-time and full-time winemakers has worked tirelessly on it and carried out scientific research since February 2019. Just drop by and have a look.
