Mount Cordognè is a wooded ridge separating the deep valley of Noana and Primiero. We find various smaller high plateau meadows and the wonderful meadows of "San Giovanni" and "Caltena", where we also find the refuge of the same name / Hotel Caltena. The subgroup Palughet-Fradusta-Pan-Cordognè is a long mountain range that separates from the Piz Sagron , near the Passo Cereda, and which ends in the deepest side of the Noanatal. Neighbors Mount Vederne and to the shoulder the Monte Pavione
