At the village Agios Floros the springs of Pamisos river are located. This was also the place where ancient Messenians worshiped the river god Pamisos. A healing god who was listening to the prayers of people looking for their cure. Nearby, a huge plane tree is standing, a natural monument dated back to 1599. At the shadow of the tree there is a fish farm mainly for trouts. The landscape is majestic filling everyone with calmness and serenity.
