"The Harmersbach Valley is a side valley of the Kinzig Valley in the central Black Forest. Zell and its districts are located at the end of the valley. In addition to the beautiful Black Forest landscape, there is a lot to see in the city about the culture and history of the region, including in the Museum in the Storchenturm, the Fürstenberger Hof local history museum and the Villa Haiss, a museum for contemporary art. The formerly free imperial city of Zell am Harmersbach has preserved much from its past, and so you can still find well-preserved medieval buildings and remnants of the former city fortifications today."
