Brilliant mucky doubletrack lane from the common towards East Budleigh. Like with many of the farm tracks in this area, owned by Clinton Devon Estates, they have public access although do not have a right of way designation such as footpath or bridleway.

A great way to get to the River Otter from Woodbury Common.

A bit rocky in places, as areas have been washed out in recent rains. Picked up a rear puncture and had to walk the bike on to East Budleigh to find a dry, flat spot to do the repair.
