Situated on Worcestershire's pretty Vale of Evesham, yet close to the scenic treasures of the Cotswold Hills, there is plenty to delight walkers in Childswickham. Nearby Broadway Tower makes for an excellent hiking objective, whilst there are numerous footpaths that leave the village and explore the surrounding countryside.
The village reflects the varying influences of the different regions, as traditional thatched, half-timbered cottage stylings of Worcestershire mix with the honey-hued houses of Cotswold limestone. The 15th-century spire of the village's Norman church is a conspicuous landsmark, recognisable for many miles around.
