    Road cycling

    If you are not an asphalt junkie and don’t mind paving stones, this route up to (or down from) Wengjiashan Village (翁家山村) might be for you.
    The street is closed to through traffic, so only fairly little local traffic. It starts with asphalt at the base, but changes to paving stones later. It runs largely through forest area. The incline is light to moderate, only a short section once you (almost) reached the peak is steep.
    It joins the main road at the top that will take you to Longjing Village.

    Road cycling

    One of the most scenic roads in the west lake. It is restricted to cars, and usually used by hikers and tourists, so it´s not a place to ride fast but to chill and enjoy. Some parts or the road the surface is not tarmac but tiles, so be aware it has not the best grip, again, ride slow.
