Sgraffito from the former kindergarten saved
About a year ago the former Protestant kindergarten in Heroldsberg was demolished. On its facade there was a sgraffito that found its new place on Friday (October 23).A piece of Heroldsberg history
The work of art shows Jesus as the good shepherd for humans and animals. The artist of the sgraffito is no stranger, it is Fritz Heidingsfeld. After the Second World War he came to Franconia and had his studio in the green castle in Heroldsberg.
