Tips
The Gruber Kreuz is located on the secondary peak of the Hochkogelberg. The two peaks can be combined on a tour or hiked separately.
The Gruber Kreuz can be reached from Perwarth in approx. 1 1/2 hours (approx. 350 m). From there you have a great view of the Ötscher and the surrounding Mostviertel mountains.

Beautiful view of the Ötscher, Scheiblingstein and Dürrenstein not far from the Hochkogel summit.
There is a beautiful circular hike from Schieflau as a starting point with over 500 m altitude.
