The Parco dei Gessi which is above the Ponticella was my first destination with the muscular MTB. Great memories, I stopped there practically given the short time to train. It allows you to make various routes in different landscapes ranging from the bush to the chalk rock with overhangs in which to be careful. Turn it far and wide (there are many tracks available) but be aware that some steps are very technical or require you to get off the bike (at least as far as I'm concerned)
